As a solutions-based management consultancy, we have taken a hard look at the residential construction industry in order to identify and resolve the many risks and problems that commonly affect the new home owner. These risks predominately centre around quality, cost, legal protection, project management, and completion. From our detailed analysis, we have created a truly innovative solutions 'package' in order to prevent these common problems and deliver the very best home construction service in New Zealand.

Trilogy's core areas of service delivery:

  1. Risk Minimisation
  2. Quality Excellence
  3. Pricing Integrity
  4. Owner Protection
  5. Structured Management Systems
  6. Completion Assurance

Building a new home should be one of the most exciting and fulfilling adventures we undertake in our lives. Unfortunately for many people, it turns into a highly stressful, costly, and unpleasant experience. Considering the level of personal investment that is involved in building a new home, we believe the industry has a duty to provide a professionally robust and trustworthy process for the owner. Unfortunately, the construction industry has so far been ineffective at eliminating the many significant, yet common risks and problems that are prevalent throughout the industry.

These problems are intensified when new home owners begin construction without fully understanding the many risks involved, and therefore what factors need to be in place to prevent problems and protect themselves. Under the current model of dealing directly with the Builder (depicted above), owners are forced to rely on the Builder to have all those factors in place. But while builders may be very good at building and on-ground organisation, their expertise does not typically extend into the specialised field of project and contract management.
