We believe that design becomes exceptional when it fulfils a range of requirements, from many different perspectives. These can include style, uniqueness, thermal comfort, sustainability, energy efficiency, flexibility, functionality, and flow. Many designers only fulfil one or two of these: often functionality and style. We call these homes one-dimensional.

Trilogy's Synergy Design™ framework in combination with BBE Design Principles ensures that every design we create is done so in a way that fulfils many different criteria simultaneously. Synergy is created as a design blends a range of important aspects into a harmonious whole. The result is a home with a strong sense of synergy, as the many aspects of design come together to create living environment that far exceeds the sum of its individual parts. This is what we call multidimensional design.

2. Sophisticated Project Management Systems

The delivery of high quality, low risk construction requires BOTH highly competent carpentry AND sophisticated project management systems that include documented procedures and requirements, contractually defined roles, responsibilities and quality standards, client tools, continuous quality checks, and formal quality inspections.

Trilogy has developed unique and innovative management systems that include all of these elements and more. Our focus on continuous improvement combined with our project and construction management systems allows us to achieve a much higher standard of construction quality and customer service consistently throughout every project.

3. Superior Standard of Construction

Unfortunately, quality is not something that has been synonymous with the building industry. Leaky homes and poor quality standards have forced the government to upgrade the building code and to tighten the building consent and inspection process. Hold-ups and costly mistakes have plagued the industry. At Trilogy we see this as an opportunity to lead the industry to ever greater construction quality standards by setting the bar high.

The quality of builders and subcontractors can vary enormously within the industry, and we have taken great care to hand pick the very best builders and subcontractors. We ensure that all of our builders and subcontractors are fully qualified, highly experienced, and demonstrate a consistent and ongoing commitment to quality. Combine this with our sophisticated construction and quality management systems, and you can be assured of a superior quality standard in every aspect of construction.

Building a new home is the one of the biggest investments people make in their lives.  It's important to choose the right design and build partner, one that you can trust and rely on to management the process and your budget effectively.

It's true that designing and building a new home is a long and involved process, and due to poor customer service, a lack of pricing integrity, and inadequate project management it's common for people who have built a new home to have found it so stressful that they don't want to do it again.

This means our clients know what decisions they need to make long before they need to make them, and how each change they make will effect the overall project cost.
