Construction Rates

If you already have your own set of plans, Trilogy will provide you with a highly detailed and accurate contract price that will be competitive with prices you might receive from your local builders, however, we will offer you so much more.

When you build with Trilogy Projects (the dedicated construction and project management arm of Trilogy), you will receive the benefit of our full spectrum of management services  – our sophisticated project and construction management systems, quality excellence systems and inspections, robust contracts and legal protection, performance and workmanship warranties, and our comprehensive client process management throughout the entire project.

Similar to our SmartHome construction rates, we tend to build at between $1,600 and $2,200 /m2.  The cost of each home is dependent on key areas such as the earthworks that are required, complexity of the design, the size of the home, construction methodology, and the quality of fixtures and fittings that you choose. 

One thing that you can rely on is the accuracy of our Contract Price. Pricing integrity is paramount to Trilogy, and unlike other builders, we will not provide you with a low price which we know is unrealistic in order to win the Building Contract. Our Contract Price will be honest and accurate, including every last cost – so you know exactly where you stand from the very beginning.
