Legal Protection

The vast majority of Builders don't provide adequate legal contracts, let alone contracts that provide short and long term protection for the owner. Considering the large investment involved, at Trilogy we believe this situation is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

We provide the owner with protection in three main ways.

1. We act as the Main Contractor, taking full responsibility for the entire construction of the home.
2. We provide a Building Contract with our clients that provides them with a 10 year Builders Workmanship Guarantee, and a 10 year Performance Warranty on their home.
3. We have highly detailed legal agreements with our Builders and subcontractors that specify exact requirements, quality standards, and performance guarantees to ensure that the work they do is performed to a high standard throughout the entire project.
