Construction Management

Once the Building Agreement between yourself and Trilogy has been signed, construction begins. 

A Project Manager will be assigned to you and your project. He or she will work closely with both yourself and the Builder, ensuring that the project runs effectively, is completed on time, on budget, and to a high quality standard.

Trilogy breaks the building process into 7 phases:

• Foundation Preparation
• Foundation
• Frame & Truss
• Pre-Line
• Post-Line
• Finishing
• Completion

All of the decisions, actions, information, quality standards and inspections that are required during each phase are clearly set out in Trilogy's Construction Management System. This ensures that each unique phase of construction is completed to a high quality standard, and that all elements are completed and in place ready for the next phase.

Our Construction and Project Management Systems also ensure that a highly effective level of communication exists between all stakeholders, so that everybody has the accurate and relevant information they need to do their jobs effectively. They also ensure that quality standards are met, inspections are performed, and that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

To help you progress through the project in an enjoyable and manageable way, your Project Manager will provide you with a Project Pack that contains all the tools and information you will need throughout the construction process. This will include a Construction Schedule which outlines the expected timeframe of the project, a Colour & Fittings Schedule, and a PC Sum Guide to help you with your decisions. You'll also receive a Meeting Schedule that contains all of the meetings that you will be required to attend, including items for discussion, what documentation to bring,  and the decisions you will need to make before the next meeting.

You will also receive useful tools to help you make important decisions about your lighting & electrical requirements, kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms. We can also provide Landscape or Permaculture Consultants and an Interior Designer to assist you if required. Your Project Manager will also be with you every step of the way, assisting and guiding you throughout the entire project.
