Trilogy's design team are highly skilled and experienced, and are leaders in green design and construction in New Zealand. Below are some of the many projects that they have worked on during the past few years. While these projects are not necessarily Trilogy projects, we have listed them here to demonstrate the unique level of expertise, knowledge, and experience offered by our carefully chosen design team.
Sixty unit sustainable chalets with lodge building. Features include hydronic neutrality, on site black and grey water treatment, PV power generation. Currently evolving master plan. (Value: $4m)
Subdivision includes 75 houses, providing correct solar orientation and no loading on reticulated services. Master Plan completed. (Value: $20m)
Stage 1: Nine dwellings including four townhouses, and four offices. Featuring passive solar design and rain harvesting, black and grey water treatment on site. Construction programmed to start September 2010. (Value:$3m)
Stage 2: Five clusters of 4-6 dwellings each and small village centre. Passive solar design and rain harvesting, black and grey water treatment on site. (Value:$4m)
New eco interdenominational gathering centre with internal waterfall and gardens.

The first New Zealand modern carbon zero village to include 75 sustainable dwellings with a village centre of retail and office space serving the wider community. (Value: $20m)
Mulit-dwelling development with 80 beds to house students in Wellington. (Value: $4.5m)
Trilogy's Architects are currently designing many residential projects in the Hawkes Bay, New Plymouth, Taupo, Gisborne, Levin, Palmerston North, Whanganui, Wellington, Nelson, and Christchurch, ranging in value from $250,000 to over $1m.
